Since the autumn of 2021 Seravo has expanded available customer service channels and its opening hours. Many may have already noticed that the option to chat with Seravo’s WordPress experts has appeared our website, through which our customer service can be reached even more easily if need be.
The live chat is open 24 hours a day on weekdays. You can reach our WordPress experts on our website from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. During nighttime, our English-speaking customer service can be reached via chat or email. UPDATE 23.8.2022 – During winter season 2022-2023 Seravo’s customer service can be reached via chat on weekdays between 9am and 10pm (UTC+3). We are currently improving our service to offer more chat support in the future!
On weekends the chat is closed, but feel free to reach us any time by emailing our customer service, help@seravo.com – we’ll get back to you and respond as soon as possible!
