Priority Support – Faster Support for WP Enterprise Customers

The features of Seravo’s WP Enterprise plan gets an update on January 1, 2025. Up until now, the plan has featured Account Managers, which will be replaced with a brand new feature – the Priority Support. With this change we seek to ensure Seravo’s WordPress hosting is able to offer the best experience for Enterprise customers.

WP Enterprise – Tailored Solution for WordPress Hosting

The WP Enterprise plan by Seravo is a tailored hosting plan for the biggest and most demanding WordPress sites. The plan includes capability to host complex and high-traffic WordPress websites securely and cost-effectively.

As part of all Seravo’s WordPress hosting plans, we offer quick technical support for all of our customers. We typically respond to support requests within the same day. This change reflects the needs of our Enterprise customers, and we’re able to provide a service that suits the needs of complex and business-critical WordPress sites.

Priority Support for WP Enterprise

With the new Priorty Support, Seravo’s customers with a WP Enterprise plan will be able to contact our WordPress experts with a dedicated email address. Messages sent to this address will always be handled as soon as possible, and all incoming messages will be monitored continuously during customer service hours.

To ensure the best possible service and fast response times, all incoming messages are monitored. All incoming requests from Enterprise customers will be moved to the Priority Support queue.

Issues are typically resolved within 1-3 working days. Seravo monitors the resolution times of all service requests, and we pursue to provide our customers with the highest quality service possible, not only in WordPress hosting, but also in customer service.

Prioriy Support becomes available for all WP Enterprise plans starting from 1 January, 2025. All WP Enterprise customers will receive a separate notification by email before the end of the year.

Seravo’s Terms of Service remain unchanged. All plans are subject to our Terms, unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Account Managers at Seravo

Priority Support replaces the Account Managers on WP Enterprise plans. Seravo continues to offer Account Managers as an additional service for Enterprise customers only. After the update, an Account Manager can be included in the WP Enterprise plan at an additional cost (95 € per month + VAT, if applicable).

An Account Manager at Seravo reserves one hour of WordPress consulting per month to work on non-urgent issues on a single WP Enterprise site. If you wish to ensure that your WP Enterprise site has an Account Manager, please contact us. Check out Seravo’s other additional services as well!

Changes in Prices on January 1, 2025

We would also like to remind our customer of the upcoming changes to prices of all our hosting plans. The prices will be updated on January 1, 2025. You can read more details about this change in our previous post.
