Seravo is a Finnish company focused on open source software and services. We have a strong background in Linux server administration and are an active player in the open source community.
A few years ago we realized that several of our clients were using WordPress as their content management system. We also noticed that they all had similar needs regarding hosting and upkeep. After a while it started to make sense that instead of setting up unique server solutions for each client and website, a fully designed platform would benefit them all. This is how our WordPress service, known as WP-palvelu in Finnish, was born. Palvelu stands for service, and that is exactly what we are focusing on. We want to deliver WordPress as a service: easily, flexibly and safely.
After gaining success among Finnish WordPress users, digital designers and web developers, we decided to go international. Our platform is scalable, and so are we. In branding our international service it seemed pretentious to come up with a tricky new name, so we took a step back and are now saluting the world as Seravo.com.
We are proud to present our service to new audiences. We claim that we are the only hosting provider in the world that also upkeeps and monitors WordPress sites, 24/7, each day of the year. Our servers are optimized for WordPress, and so is our customer service.
