Seravo’s prices for hosting plans and domains will update on January 1, 2025. In addition, the value added tax (VAT) in Finland will increase from September 1, 2024. Here you can find more detailed information about how the pricing of our services changes, and how the VAT change affects the prices of our services.

Changes to VAT Rate, 1 September 2024
The general value added tax (VAT) in Finland rises from 24% to 25.5% from 1 September 2024. This VAT rate increase also affects the taxable prices of Seravo’s hosting plans and services. The new prices with the updated VAT rate can be observed on all invoices delivered after and with due date of 1 September 2024 or later. If the hosting plan you have purchased from Seravo is not subject to VAT, no changes are introduced to your plan’s price.
Seravo’s hosting plans are invoiced and paid prior to the delivery of the service. in case of such prepayments, the VAT rate is determined by the date of payment.
Changes to Prices, 1 January 2025
Updates to prices concerns all new WordPress hosting plans and domains, effective from January 1st, 2025. With these changes to pricing we will ensure that we continue to be able to develop premium quality WordPress hosting for our customers.
Current prices will remain valid until the end of the current billing period, as long as the service was ordered before the turn of the year.
Pricing Changes for WordPress Hosting Plans
Annual billing will continue as being the cheaper option, and we recommend switching from monthly to annual billing to receive the discount. Please contact our customer service team (help@seravo.com) if you wish to update the billing interval of your plan.
Upon this change, instead of a fixed discount of €30, we will offer a 10% discount if the annual billing method has been chosen.

Pricing Changes for Additional Domains
The price of basic additional domains (such as .com, .net, .org etc.) will be 25 € / domain / year (+ VAT if applicable) (previously 20 € / domain / year). The old price will remain valid until the end of the current billing period. All plans will continue to include one basic domain (the main domain of the site).
Other Updates to Services
Account Manager for WP Enterprise
Based on feedback from our customers, we will update and improve the content of the WP Enterprise plan. From 1 January 2025, the Account Manager previously included in the plan will be replaced by Priority Tech Support, which will ensure that our WP Enterprise customers will receive a response more quickly for their support requests. We will be in touch with our WP Enterprise customers later this year with more details.
